Will and I have been working together for years. I designed his original logo and branding, then a few years ago he realigned (yes, that joke never gets old) his business toward understanding how the brain connects with the body.

The challenge was translation. Will understands complex neurological concepts. His patients, regular people dealing with pain or dysfunction, need to understand enough to feel confident in his approach. So we spent a lot of time talking through how to explain his work in ways that make sense to someone without medical training.

I redesigned his logo, built him a modern website focused on giving users the information they actually need: what to expect, how his approach works, what makes it different. The site isn't about impressing people with medical terminology; it's about building understanding and confidence.

We're still working together. I produce his newsletters, write and post articles to his website, and now we're developing the education arm of his business. It's ongoing because his practice keeps evolving, and someone needs to help translate those evolutions into language his patients can understand.
